Something went wrong, we encounter a problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home

Question

I tried 2 different computers but did not allow me to access adobe express. I tried several hours in different time today.

I got the same message as follow:

"Something went wrong, we encounter a problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home"

I have a student account and paid for the 6 months payment plan.

Can you help?
