Spark not downloading saved settings!

I have a photo that's pinned to the background and I blurred it to '16', which I downloaded.  But the downloaded version is not as blurry as 16.  So I blurred setting '25' to test it to see if would come out as I set, but no, it downloaded the same exact image or blur as the first image.  Please fix.  See screenshots below.  The first screenshot shows that I set it at '25' and you can see it downloaded at the bottom of the screenshot showing "babtw...25blur".  the 2nd and 3rd screenshots are the failed downloaded versions that did not come out as blurry as it showed on the adobe website.  Troubleshooted that it isn't my computer.  Please fix!

Specs:

-Macbook pro retina

-8Gb RAM

-using Google Chrome browser

-Safari browser is worse

-download speed is 400mbps

    Hi Kamilion,

In addition to Manmeet's suggestions, you might also try applying the blur when viewing the image at 100%. I noticed the project was being viewed at 32%. Sometimes effects are not accurately represented when zoomed out as the the pixels are being mathmatically estimated and may not match the actual result. In order to check if this is the case I'd recommend viewing both the preview and saved image at 100% and check if you still see the difference.

    Hi Kamilion,

Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Pictures should usually be available afterward. You can try signing out of the app and then signing back in. Try a different device as well. Try checking these things and report back with the screenshot. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

    Thanks

    Manmeet
