Spark project download problem in adobe express

I had made some projects on a different account on 'adobe spark' and now adter adobe spark converted to adobe express, I can see all my projects but cannot download them in any format, can someone help me with this

Please let us know if you're getting any error messages while trying to download the file. What is the format of these files? If you're unable to download video created in an older version of Adobe Express- check this article for a workaround- https://adobe.ly/3zyQzT0
