Spark Video cannot be accessed via Adobe Express

I had a video that I had completed in Adobe Spark and now in Express it asks to download, but when I do it is blank.  How can I recover this as I need the file again.  Thank you.

My need for the resource has passed, I did find a very old video on another device, but I cannot access any of the content at all, so just assumed is has been lost, will have to re create.  Shame that all of that time has been lost, due to changes in software.
