Spark Video Downloads in Express take way to long and sometimes don't even download. This is such a huge inconvienince. Please esablish a fix for this or I will go elsewhere for my software needs.

We are having the same issue where you cannot edit a Spark video and it prompts you to download the video.  The video download does not work for any of our videos created in Spark.   Please Fix this
