Spark Videos | Unable to download

I am unable to download old Spark Videos from my Adobe Account. They were made 6 years ago and I did not realize that Adobe Spark was being sunset. I can see the projects but cannot open them as a warning box shows up saying this file type is no longer supported. And then when I click to download the system can not find the file. Two of the links are below as an example.

Hello @sammy1429. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. We started notifying customers in-app and via email in 2022 that the ability to download old Spark videos would be discontinued. 

We understand this doesn’t change the situation and may still be frustrating. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to recover these older Spark videos. For more information, you can check this HelpX page: https://adobe.ly/3WXqZPz
