Start a Video from a PDF Document

Question

I want to create an video lesson from a static PDF document. The document was originally a PowerPoint like document (I don't like PowerPoint and make all my presentations in InDesign). I want to turn this presentation it a video, where text can transition and I can add audio - Adobe Express seems like a good way to do this but there is no way to important a pdf into the Video function.

Once it is in Express I want to animate the text.

Is there a way to do this?
