STOCKAGE CLOUD SATUREE 21GO/20GO

Bonjour,

 

J'ai essayé plusieurs options mais je n'arrive pas à résoudre un probleme avec le stockage du cloud.

 

Mon stockage est saturée alors que je n'ai aucun fichier qui remonte dans le creative cloud.

 

La synchronisation de lightroom classique n'est pas active .

 

Je me sers uniquement de ce logiciel et de adobe express.

 

Merci d'avance pour votre aide car je suis bloqué pour l'utilisation d'adobe express...

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your Creative Cloud storage. Even if no files appear uploaded and Classic Lightroom sync is inactive, storage can sometimes be consumed by hidden files, previous uploads, or cached data.

Here are some steps you can try:

  • Check your Adobe Creative Cloud storage online to see if any hidden or deleted files are still counting toward your quota: https://adobe.ly/463Phgd

  • Clear local caches in Adobe Express and Lightroom.

  • Sign out and sign back in to refresh storage calculations.
