Storage

Hey! I hope someone can help me with this challenge:

I have a pacage with 100gb storage in Lightroom and have used 42gb. Now I wanted to use Adobe express and It wont lett me use that becouse of my Adobe creative cloud storage beeing full. I dont have anything saved in Adobe other than in Lightroom and tought the Ligtroom storage was a separate storage to the Adobe creative cloud storage that is only 5gb. Now it sais that I have used 42gb of the 5gb in storage wich dont make any sence to me. Really hope some of you may know something about this, its making me confused and makes the fun edditing much harder.
