I deleted all my files and it keeps showing that I'm 5 gbs over my storage allotment. Any hidden memory drains or tricks?

You might want to go to https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents and then Deleted. When you delete files they go here and stay for 30 days, just in case you change your mind. So, they still count towrds storage while they are there. You can manually delete any files you know you don't want.
