Storage Issues

Question

I am very disappointed with Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Express, and Lightroom. All of them. It's say my storage is over full and I've deleted everything I could possibly delete without clearing out my photos in my personal storage on my devices. I've had this product for nearly 6 or 7 years and I'm just now having this issue. I'm very disappointed with Adobe. I pay yearly for this product and I feel that this should not be happening. I feel it's a scam to upgrade plans whenever there is no actual issue. I've even went to YouTube to see what to do and I've done everything! They need to fix this before I decide to use another product

In the meantime, please visit https://adobe.ly/4ly3wQ1, then scroll down in the left column and click “Launch more” → “Lightroom Photos”. Often, users may have Lightroom files stored that aren't immediately visible elsewhere, and removing them can help free up space.
