Storage Management suck

I cannot fathom why it's soo hard to manage my stored files in Adobe.  I have a whopping 6 items in express but it says my storage is full.  I have deleted 1,000's of images from my lightroom that were backed up to Adobe.  Why on earth can i not see the actual storage on my Adobe Suite?

If i have to continue to offload images from Lightroom to my Synology im just going to dump Adobe and move towards something else at this point.
