Student project not opening

Hi there, 

I have a student who was working on a video last week but now cannot access their project.  A white screen just appears when they click on it.  

 

Anyone else having this issue?  Is is a computer issue?  A logon issue?  A system issue?  I don't want this student to not be able to submit their project.

Hi,

 

did the student try to access it a bit later? Are this errors still there? Is it only One of the projects or are there other ones?

Hi @Rachel270484304krh,

You could ask your student to try working on a different browser or after clearing the cache cookies of the browser they're working on.

Any new extension/plugin installed could also result in such an outcome. So disabling them could also make a difference.
