Sudden Restriction of AE Access

I have been using Adobe Express for a year or two now at this point. I am in charge of the social media of two social groups at my higher educations institution and I use Adobe Express to get my work done almost every single day. I have a lot of projects to be working on right now and so it is much to my despair that everytime I open the site/app I am welcomed with an error message stating "You do not have access to Adobe Express." I used my school's email with the understanding that I would have some sort of enterprise account access to Adobe Express and it has never been a problem until recently. Is Adobe Express not free to use? Why would I suddenly lose access to the program? It says to gain access I need to submit a request to my IT administrator but I do not even know where to begin to know who that is. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try it with another pc or system. I have no such issue. Thanks for sharing.

I have! I get the same error on both the mobile app and on the web on my computer. It must have something to do with my account, but the service should be free access to anyone?

Same exact issue here, multiple projects in process, someone please help us figure this out.
