Super imposing two images

Hi new to softwear. Im trying to merge two images one is a outline of a island in one photo. With wrinte around island other photo is a figure. I want to put image of figure over the island outline and loss everything else in both images. Hope that was explained cleafly.

Hi! I'm not entirely sure if I understand your question, but if you're trying to create some kind of double exposure composition you could try using the blend modes and/or removing background. Those features show up on the left when you select an image.
