Sync between website and app

Why are there projects that are on the website but not on the app? Sometimes at least

Adobe Express used to be Adobe Spark. All of the project types are in the browser version. On iOS, you would need the Adobe Express app for posts, Adobe Spark Video for presentions/video, and Adobe Spark Page for web pages:

I do have the Adobe app on my iOS but for whatever reason there is a project I have that does not show up on the app but only on Adobe website.
