SYNC ISSUE

Hello there,

 

I'm having issues syncronizing both the projects and the brand between the desktop and the mobile apps.

I tried any previous suggestion found in this forum but nothing works. 

Really the app is very good but this issue is really annoying.

Any suggestion different from those already seen here?

Hi @GioCasrls,

Are you still having trouble with this issue? Is your Mobile app updated to its latest version? Have you tried signing out and back into the app from all platforms? Also, is the 'Sync only over Wi-Fi' toggled ON or OFF? If it is ON, try switching it OFF and let us know if that makes any difference. Sometimes trying a different internet connection also resolves such issues.

 

Also, drop in the mobile device's make and model. Installed app version

thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately I've tried everything, now also I switched OFF the 'Sync only over Wi-Fi' (which I've previously seen recommended to be switched on everywhere), but no way I can see my projects and brand files syncronized in the mobile app.

Does it happen to me alone?
