Sync projects

  • Alright so i have changed phones from my old one but the new phone not all projects are saved. Whst do i do to restore them?

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties with syncing your projects.

Did you try to deinstall and reinstall the app on your new phone? Is the phone on Wi-Fi? There is a preference in Settings > Sync projects where you can specify that projects only sync when connected to Wi-Fi (to prevent using cellular data). Can you see your projects on the web browser app after reinstalling the mobile app? 
Let us know which OS you are using, ie iOS/Android, etc.
