Table of content in webpage

I am struggling with adding a table of content in my webpage. I use it towards a day to day schedule for my groups that I travel with. I want the dates to line up on slide 1 and "friday jan 1" should link to the actual part of the website where the itinerary for that day is shown.

all videos that are talking about "anchors" dont work for me; this option simply does not show (!?) any other ideas?
