text cutting off on video export

Question

using Adobe Express, every time i download this video to post to social media the text is cut off. I've tried duplicating, redownloading, all of the above. anyone else have this issue? overall am pretty bummed on the limitations and glitches of this app - some things you can only do via desktop, others only from the app, social media scheduling feature takes forever to load and only works half the time. what am I missing?

We see you have asked about two problems. Let's discuss the first one, which is about text cutting off. Have you tried using another font to see if that has the same issue? Could you also try shifting the text position to check if that makes any difference? Is it only happening with the mp4 export, or does the text get cut off in JPG/PNG? Also, please share the name of the Adobe Font you're working with.

Now, about the scheduler loading forever. have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If not, then try clearing the browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Check both things and write us back with any observations.
