Text edit tools not visible

First time using this app. I want to change my text animation but I do not have the edit tools on my page as shown here in a previous post answer by staff. Where are the edit tools for text? Sorry for being a daft noob... Thanks.

I figured out the answer to my question. I was looking for a way to edit the way the text is animated, but realized that the text animation is theme/template-based and not editable. I switched to a different theme and got the animation I wanted.
