Text Flow from one page to another in Adobe Express

Hi all,

I’m trying to pitch leveraging Adobe Express more as we scale at my company. Our design team doesn’t have enough time to do long form content with multiple pages of text flowing from one to another all the time and it would be really helpful for translations. Love the text flow setting currently in Express - can we get it so it can flow from one page to the next?

Hi @Katie314144081fpy, Thanks for bringing this up and sharing your use case.

I can see how text flowing automatically across pages would be valuable, but as of now, Text flow is limited to the current page only.

However, this is a great workflow suggestion, and we'll bring it up internally with the team.

I'd also suggest you submit it as a feature request on Adobe Express UserVoice so others with similar needs can upvote it and help highlight the demand.

Best!

I voted on this feature. It is wild to me that it doesn’t exist. We striving to move our entire departments internal communication and documentation to this tool. The in ability to flow text like in Indesign is a huge miss. We are trying to marry the world of brand and creative with other areas of business. Features like this are vital to the success of this migration.

Adobe InDesign has the capability to flow text automatically across pages. It also has fillable form creation tools that can be exported to PDF. If they are using anything else for long documents, then they are not using their time efficiently.

Thanks, as I mentioned, my team doesn’t have the time to make everything in InDesign at the company and we need to find a self-serve tool like Express for our translation team. Appreciate the answer, @jane-e.
