Text is blurry on mp4 export

I'm on a Mac using the desktop web app.

I just created a 1080x1080 instagram post using some shapes from illustrator and native text and the text is blurry and jagged on exported file. I tried importing outlined text from illustrator as a png and it's blurry too. I've attached a screenshot of the one using native text. Help!!
