Question

The app is now completely unusable - does anyone know how to fix this?

This unusable app now looks like this when I open it. Can Adobe actually take our money for an app that does not function - it stopped working completely a few months ago where I could not create anything in the app, now it immediately crashes after trying to load. Lol this is a joke, how can I make this app work again? It was great when it worked...

I do find turning my computer off and on again helps in situations like this. Oddly enough, I find turning off my wifi router helps as well.

This issue appears to affect early versions of iOS 16 that were released prior to March 2023. Do you mind updating to a more recent version of iOS and check if that works for you?
