The audio file cannot run

Question

Is there anyone who has the same problem as me? When I upload my own MP3 audio file during post-production of YouTube Shorts, the software cannot run and keeps spinning in circles?
My computer specifications meet the requirements

Have you tried uploading any other audio file to check if that works? This would help deduce that the issue might be with the file initially used. You may also want to try uploading file with a different format to check if that makes any difference.

Sometimes, clearing the browser's cache/cookies resolve such issues.
