The Instagram story video templates are playing frozen and not smooth, any solution for this?

Hi, when I try story video templates the previews is playing broken (freeze) and yesterday there no problem everything was so smooth. Any suggestions to check my browser or pc settings maybe?

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.

I haven't been able to replicate this issue.

Have you tried cleaning your cache and cookies, signing in and out of your account or testing it from a different browser or in incognito mode? Another option is to update your browser if a new version is available.
