The mobile app has been practically unusable for weeks

It constantly fails to download brand assets so you can't edit projects that are branded.

This is really more of a bug report but Adobe doesn't seem to allow you to submit those in a normal way, the bot chat connects you to an agent to then hangs up on you as soon as it's clear it's something negative. I've never seen worse customer service.

You could try restarting your phone and/or re-logging in to Adobe Express.
