The new version doesn't work

Hi, after the change from Adobe Spark on Creative Cloud Express I cannot create any new project. All my old project are visible, but if I try to modify one I become an error. Also if I choose a new project I cannot use any picture I search. I have the premium version, but it seems to have a general problem, as I read about a lot of comments with the same problem.

    Hi Lucia,

     

    Sorry about that. Have you tried reinstalling the app? Signing out of the app, and then signing back in? Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.
