to Adobe, PLEASE HELP! Adobe Express sync issues; desktop to phone

Hi! 

 

I'm trying to sync my projects to my iPhone and nothing is working. I tried searching community and followed the following steps: 

 

restart phone 

delete and reinstall the Adobe Express app

I waited for syncing to finalize

nothing works! 

 

iPhone 13

ios: 18.1.1

Adobe Express 27.0.0

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please tell us when you've been having trouble with syncing across devices? 

 

Please try on a different mobile device with your same Adobe ID and check if you are facing the same issue on the other device? Also, try switching the network and let us know if that helps.
