Hi @default32094307egilnp, Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the format of the video you're trying to upload? Are you getting any error messages? Is it possible for you to share the screenshot of the error you're getting?  . Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?  We're here to help, just need some info. Regards,Tarun
