Today I had purchased Adobe Express Premium from Airtell. i had made only one video of 8 seconds. now it is showing zero credits. I am entitled for 250 ai credits. please look into the matter.

Adobe Express Premium includes 250 Generative AI credits per month, although AI video generation can consume multiple credits per generation attempt depending on the feature used.

Since you purchased your subscription through Airtel today, it may take some time for the AI credits to be fully provisioned. Could you first check your subscription and credit balance by signing in to your Adobe account and reviewing Plans & Products?

If your balance still shows 0 credits after 24 hours, please contact Adobe Support with your Airtel transaction details and the Adobe account email used for the purchase so they can verify your subscription and credit allocation. 

If you continue to experience the issue, let us know which AI feature you used to create the video!
