Transfer Free Clip art from web to PDF?

I'm brand new. Just learning. I want to copy/transfer a free clip art picture to an Adobe Acrobat PDF. Can this be done? I'm assuming since the clip art is free, there are no copyright restrictions. Can anyone advise me?

You can use the Adobe Stock content in your project, convert it to a PDF, and combine it with other PDFs:
