Transfer workmap or files from work account to personal account + full storage

Hi,

For work I have been using Adobe Express. Yet my contract os not prolonged, so they will terminate the account. There's some maps on this account that I use for personal project, which I'd like to keep. I shared the workmaps from my work account now with my personal account, but will they still be deleted once the work account is terminated?

To be sure, I logged into Adobe Express with my personal mail/account. My intention was to duplicate the projects, so they would be on my personal account as 'orginal'. Yet it says I can not duplicate the projects. It says: 'The item can not be duplicated.

I think this is because I don't have storage space. From the get go it said it does not have any storage space left.

Which is weird, because it says it should be 5gb, and I haven't started any heavy projects yet, at all in Adobe Express. Like, where can I see what my storage carries so far and which files to delete to create more space?

Can anyone help me, so that I can keep on working with these files even after my workout account is terminated? Like to here from you! Thanks in advance.
