Transparent download

To download as a transparent PNG set your background to No Fill. When you go to Download, you will be able to choose Transparent PNG.

 

 

 

Good Morning

Thanks for coming back. However the problem is not solved unless that function of Transparent download has move to another place. See below, in the original version there was an additional option n this dropdown menu which allowed for transparent download. That function is not here anymore, very, very frustrating.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry, but I couldn't replicate this issue. Our engineering team has recently fixed some reported bugs, including PNG downloads (transparent background downloads). Could you please confirm if you're still experiencing this issue?
