trying to download my file. telling me its working on it so i cant download it. also cant duplicate it. been stuck like this for a while

Hi ​@emilywalkingshaw, sorry you've been stuck on this for a while, that's frustrating.

A few things that would help us take a look:

• Which browser and device are you using?

• Could you try downloading in an incognito/private window, just to rule out extension conflicts?

• A short screen recording of it happening (the "working on it" message plus the failed duplicate attempt) would help a lot

• If it's still stuck after that, a HAR file captured while trying to download would also help. Here's a guide on how to generate one: https://adobe.ly/4fWOGkp

And if you're able to share the project itself, that'd help us dig in further:
 

→ Click Share in the top right
→ Under General access, change it from Restricted to Anyone with the link
→ Set the permission to Can edit
→ Send it to me directly via DM
