Trying to share a post

Im trying to share a file. When i go to the share button the next acreen just says adobe is working on your file. It just hangs on the screen and the file never becomes ready to share. Anyone suggest what might be going wrong.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the make and model of the device you're using. Is it happening with all the projects you're trying to share? Did you try restarting the device? Did you try switching the internet connection to see if that helps?
