Unable to access old dynamic QR codes

I am trying to update a dynamic QR code created in Adobe Express a few months ago. When I click to ‘Manage Codes’ only the most recent three codes I have created show up. How do I access older codes to edit the links?

    I am updating this thread so others who have access to the dynamic QR codes feature have the latest update!

    There's no cap on how many dynamic QR codes you can have -- the Manage panel shows the 3 most recent by default, but you should be able to scroll to see older ones.

    The key thing to check: when you generate the code, make sure to have the "Track QR code" toggle turned on. That's what makes it dynamic and editable after the fact. If that toggle was off, the code was saved as static, which means the destination URL can't be updated -- the fix in that case is to generate a fresh QR code with the toggle on.

    Thanks for your patience - I looked into this. The dynamic QR code management (editing links, tracking scans) is a newer capability that isn't fully released or documented yet, which is why the experience around it is still settling and isn't covered in our help pages.

    I don't want to tell you it'll sort itself out on its own, though - the specific thing you're hitting, only your three most recent codes showing in Manage Codes, I want to confirm rather than guess at. Two quick things will help me pin it down:

    • In Manage Codes, is there any scroll, "see more," or filter, or does it stop at three with no way to load older ones?

    • When you scan one of your older codes (not the recent three), does it still go to the right link, or is it not resolving?

    That second one will tell me whether the older codes are just hidden from the edit list or actually affected. I'll confirm and come back with a straight answer.

    Hi Rose,

    I cannot find any ‘see more’ or scroll options. There is a scrollbar but it only goes to the bottom of the top 3.

    The QR code does thankfully still function, but I am hoping to be able to edit the link it directs to.

    I thought maybe if I could delete one of the newer codes, I could get it to reappear because I think it’s likely our fourth most recent code (juuussst past the viewable list), so deleting one old one should in theory bring it up to the top 3, however I can’t find a way to delete the newer codes.
