Hey,

I have the paid version of the app. Still could not download my edited videos from the app.

Hey @irin_4228, Since you're running your device on a Beta iOS, that might be the reason for this issue. Please refer to this community post for more details: Using Adobe Express on Beta platforms

Hope this helps!

If you're unable to download your edited videos in Adobe Express even with a paid plan, it’s usually related to a few common issues rather than your subscription itself.

First, check your internet connection and try switching networks. Exporting videos requires a stable connection because the rendering happens on Adobe’s servers. If your connection drops or slows down, the download may fail or get stuck.

Second, clear your browser/app cache or try a different browser/device. Sometimes temporary files or session errors prevent downloads from completing. Many users report that switching from mobile app to desktop browser (or vice versa) solves the issue instantly.

Third, verify the project itself. If your video includes unsupported elements (like certain fonts, copyrighted assets, or heavy effects), it can block export. Try duplicating the project and removing recent edits to identify the problem.

Also, log out and log back in to refresh your account session. Even paid users can face sync issues between the server and their account state.

If none of this works, contact Adobe Support directly—they can check backend errors tied to your account.

By the way, if you're into creative editing and gaming-style visuals, you might enjoy exploring mods like PvZ Fusion, which adds a completely new layer of creativity and customization to classic gameplay.

Hey @irin_4228, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community!

Can you provide more details on the iOS device that you're working on? Is it an iPhone or an iPad? We'd also like to know the installed iOS version and if the Adobe Express app is updated to its latest version.

Can you also confirm if the video exports happen without any issues from any desktop browser? Let us know since when you're facing this issue, and if it's specific to video exports or all export types  (PDF, PNG, or JPG)

We are here to help!

Best!

Hi,

Thank you for your response. I am currently using iOS 26.0 beta, and my Adobe app is updated to the latest version. I'm using it on my iPhone to download MP4 videos. Although it indicates that the videos have been downloaded to my library, they are not visible there. I have tried multiple times, and I still have plenty of empty space available.

If you can’t download your edited videos, make sure there’s enough space on your device and your app is updated. Check your internet connection too. If that doesn’t work, try restarting your phone or reach out to the app’s support team. Also, if you're into Plants vs. Zombies, check out my site: PVZ Fusion Free. Hope that helps!

Hey, thank you for your kind reply. I have tried everything so far, including signing out of the app, but that didn't help. Tomorrow, I will definitely reach out to the support team. Your site sounds interesting; I'll check it out!
