Unable to download as PDF

Question

Trying to download PDF. Been trying for over an hour

Used Chrome and edge firefox isn't supported. Cleared the cache and tried incognito modes

Nothing works

I can download as a PNG or JPG but i need an editable file

Tried to make it a template so i can import it into Photoshop or Illustrator but the save button is greyed and just says loading and never changes

This error pops up when trying to download

Forgot to mention that i have tried a new project with just text and that won't even download as a pdf thesame error pops up
