Unable to download mp4 file in Adobe Express

I have tried everything, opening in a different browser, duplicating the file, clearing cache, opening in the mobile app. Nothing will let me download my files. Can anyone help?

    I checked the logs associated with your account, and the video export issue appears to be related to the dimensions of your page. In particular, the width/height needs to be at least 146px and no larger than 4096px.

    Are you able to resize the page to comply with these constraints?
