Unable to Download MP4 Projects - Adobe Expresss

This is occurring on all downloads of MP4 and Gif with animation and has been ongoing for 3 days.

Troubleshooting steps I have tried include:

• changing video resolution
• duplicating the files and reattempting downloads
• clearing my cache in chrome
• attempting to access and download using edge instead
• removing audio
•  signing out and back in
• restarting my device.
