Unable to download PDFs

Question

Hi,I am unable to download PDF files from any project or file. It reaches 90% and then the error reads - "a network connection error occurred while downloading your file". Projects vary from simple text graphics to layered images… PNG and JPEG exports work fine.I have tried many solutions from other threads: clearing cache, other browsers, alternate networks, alternate users/computers, incognito mode, signing out/in, duplicating projects, changing fonts/designs...

"I ran into this exact same 'network connection error' recently while trying to export some layered PDF documents.. It would always freeze right around 90%, even though my PNG and JPEG exports were working perfectly.

For me, the issue was tied to my browser. I use Firefox, and completely clearing my browser cache and temporarily disabling my add-ons fixed the hang-up immediately. If you have already tried clearing your cache, I highly recommend attempting the PDF download in an Incognito or Private Browsing window. Since your standard image exports are working fine, the system might just be timing out or conflicting with an extension while trying to flatten the layers for the PDF format.
