Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

          I cannot download the image that I've been editing. I click download, choose image type, select download again and nothing happens. I also logged in with my phone and am still unable to download it from my phone. On the phone I click the download icon and a little box comes up that says download with an x next to that.

          the download is sitting at 0 percent for MP4 video at 1080p. Why wont it download? Also, why don't yall allow stuff like this to be done in the background? Render/download
