Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

    Trying to download a project in adobe express on my school ipad and it keeps closing out of the app when I do. Other projects download successfully. I have cleared my search history, signed in and out of the app, turned the ipad off and on.

    Suggestions?

    Ich habe ein Video bearbeitet und kann dieses nicht herunterladen, obwohl Internetverbindung vollkommen ausreichend ist und das Video nicht mal ne Minute lang ist. Brauche dringend Hilfe!!!
