Question

Unable to download the video, getting error- 404 page not found

Hi ,

thank you for creating such an great app for new creators like me. last day I was editing a reel and when I wanted to download the video it did not compelet fully . I tried so many times ,changed my server ,changed my device but it did not work . today I tried agin but (404 page not found) keeps coming on the screen the project is still in my stuff but non fo my last works opens again . I am so worried I have to give this project to my boss tomarrow.please help me solve the problem

Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

You may also try duplicating the project and let us know if that helps.

I'm still having the same problem. It shows an error (undisclosed which error though?), and it wont let me download. I've tried all the tips and tricks that support has offered, and I can see this has been a problem for multiple years. Test kontor til story this is my file.
