Unable to Download Video with Transparent Background

If there's a workaround I'm all ears, but as far as I can see, Adobe still refuses to support downloading video with the background removed by Express in a file that supports transparent backgrounds like .MOV.  This feature has been missing for a very long time now.  The one time Adobe's AI actually works somewhat consistently and they make it useless because we can't put the file into Premiere Pro easily.  Don't get me started on why the absolute bleep this background removal feature STILL isn't available in Premiere Pro.....  but here we are. Still...
