Unable to drag/drop projects into some folders

I have 16 main folders.  Of those 16, I am unable to use the drag/drop feature for 10 of them.

For the 10 in question, if I drag a project over the folder, I see the black circle with a slash through it, indicating that I can't move the project to that folder.  Instead, I have to select the settings for that project, choose "move" and then select the folder that I want it to move to.

For the other 6 main folders, I can drag/drop a project into without a problem.

What is causing these 10 to not allow drag/drop?

Hi @SVL-LNK,

I tried to replicate this, but it works fine. Would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the workflow you described? Also, how many projects are listed under the 10 folders that show black circle with a slash through it & the other 6 (which function properly)?

Additionally, could you try this workflow after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser? You can also try working on a different browser or its private/incognito mode.

Do share your observations!

It was cache/cookie related.  Clearing them fixed the issue.  Thanks!
