Unable to import into Adobe Express

I am unable to import a Powerpoint or PDF to Adobe Express. I am trying to import my existing Powerpoint in order to polish it up and create a presentation. Each time that I try to import the Powerpoint I receive an error that says "Import failed. Something went wrong. Please try again." I have tried to convert my .pptx file to a PDF to import it, but I receive the same error. I have completed the following steps to try and resolve this issue:

  • Changed internet browsers
  • Closed and reopened my internet browser
  • Tried using the Adobe Express app
  • Cleared my caches/cookies/browsing data
  • Logged out and logged back in
  • Restarted my PC
  • Tried Incognito mode
  • Checked to ensure that my .pptx file is under the maximum file size

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
