Unable to move project folder

I accidentallly created a project folder within another folder but would like it to be at the root Projects folder. When I go to move it, I get an error that says "You need to Edit permisssions to modify projects." Ok. Weird. I am the owner of this folder and the only user on my account, so shouldn't I have full permissions?

Also, how do I Edit project permissions?

Any insight greatly appreciated.

P.S. Was unable to post this without selecting a topic but none of the topics fit the bill so I just selected Desktop Web and iOS since I tried to do this in both environments.
