Adobe Express won't let me publish a web page because it says I'm out of space. Pleanty of space left on the standard 20GB Cloud storage. Can't find any help with this.

Hi Mike,

Engineering made some changes to your account. Are you still having issues?

It looks like you've exceeded the 100GB of use so I'd stay with the 2TB

The helpx page says Adobe Express comes with 100GB storage in the paid Premium plan. How does one get 2TB storage?

if you go into the change plan section and search for "2TB" it will come up.  That's how I did it, please note that even though I have that much storage i'm still unable to publish and get the out-of-storage issue so that didn't solve the problem.

Thanks for providing the update. Could you also try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and back in again and see if you are still unable to publish after doing so?

Hi @Northwest29778056nk7l

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would it be possible to share a screen shot of the error you're receiving?

Thanks,

Dave

I don't believe its a storage issue as I upgraded the plan a week ago and I still have the problem.

Hi David, I was able to publish this past Sunday’s page and I tried a couple of others that also worked. It looks like the problem has been fixed and I hope it remains that way!

Thank you for your help on this.

Hi Mike,

Does this occur with all projects or only the one you're currently working on? Do you get the error if you attempt to publish a new alternate project?

Please let us know when you get the chance

Hi Dave, it happens with all new projects including web pages and other Express projects. No problems with Photoshop or Lightroom, just Express. I also tried logging on top my Macbook Pro as a new user and the problem remains.
